Feel free to bring a pillow, blanky or anything else that helps you to be comfortable, a journal or any other items like crystals etc. as they will all be blessed with Reiki and most importantly bring an open heart and an open mind!

We will indulge in some movement, some meditation, some deep heart connection and sharing if you feel called.
